Holistic nutrition

We are what we eat – is far from being just another cliché.
According to the Holistic Nutrition approach, we believe that every
individual is a whole being that requires specific nutritional needs,
enabling optimal health.
Nutrition has a vital effect on our entire system. Choosing a specific
nutrition plan determines our mood, weight, emotional state, energy level
and productivity.

 

Observing today’s environment, processed foods and
the amount of stress we consume on a daily basis – it has become critical
to understand and look at food and nutrition up closely, learning what
benefits not only our physical body, but also our mind, spirit and soul.

In HealanaClinic I introduce a subjective perspective, introducing new
habits and beliefs regarding nutrition, body image and healthy lifestyle.
